Terms of Use

Rewire Prompt Hub for Microsoft Teams, published by Rewire IT (the “Publisher”).

Effective date: 16 August 2026 · Last updated: 16 August 2026

These terms govern your organisation’s use of the app. By installing or using Rewire Prompt Hub, your organisation agrees to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

Rewire Prompt Hub is a Microsoft Teams tab that presents a shared library of prompts for use with Microsoft 365 Copilot. It combines a Publisher-provided base catalogue with prompts your organisation creates in its own Microsoft 365 tenant. Users copy prompts to paste into Copilot.

2. Licence

Subject to an active subscription, the Publisher grants your organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app and to access the base catalogue for your internal business purposes for the term of your subscription.

3. Intellectual property in the base catalogue

The base catalogue is the Publisher’s intellectual property, licensed — not sold — to you. You may use base prompts within Copilot for your internal operations. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, or sublicense the base catalogue, in whole or in part, outside your organisation. Served copies are watermarked to detect unauthorised redistribution.

4. Your content

Prompts your organisation creates remain your content and are stored in your own Microsoft 365 tenant. You are responsible for what your users submit. Do not include confidential data, credentials, personal data, or client information in prompt text — submitted prompts are visible across your organisation.

5. Acceptable use

6. Availability and changes

The Publisher may update, improve, or modify the app and base catalogue over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features described as future or deferred may change or not ship.

7. Third-party services

The app runs within Microsoft Teams and uses Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure services. Your use of those services is governed by your agreements with Microsoft. AI output produced by Microsoft Copilot is generated by Microsoft’s services, not the Publisher; review outputs before relying on them.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app and base catalogue are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Publisher disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Prompts are productivity aids; you are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated results.

9. Term and termination

These terms apply for the duration of your subscription. On termination, your right to access the base catalogue ends and non-entitled tenants receive an empty catalogue automatically. Your own prompts remain in your tenant until your administrator removes the provisioned lists.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, unless otherwise agreed in a written commercial agreement. Rewire IT to confirm governing jurisdiction and any negotiated commercial-agreement precedence before publishing.
